BELVEDERE’S SALAMORA: it is part of the National List of Traditional Agricultural and food Products since 2002, the only original one from the Province of Ancona. It is a seasoning with an olive oil, wild fennel, orange peel and garlic base: it was used according to rustic traditions and it is offered again today in typical dishes. |
